We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean room equipped with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to subway stations and surrounded by convenience stores and restaurants. The staff was friendly and check-in was a breeze.

Everything was brand-new, GOOD location close to the central area, the staff were very very nice. My room was reasonably spacious and huge with enough facilities, had smoke detectors for safety measures. Location: the hotel was near to subway station, and 2 minutes walking distance, convenient stores and many eateries also available around the area.

The apartment at E-Stay Namba was mind-blowing! It was super spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was jaw-dropping, just a short walk to multiple stations and a convenient supermarket across the street. The staff were extremely responsive and quick to fix any issues, like the TV. Checking in on the iPad was a breeze, and check out required no effort at all. The amenities were fantastic, with free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a lift for easy access. The apartment had all the necessary facilities, including an electric kettle and cookware. Plus, the no pets allowed policy ensured a clean and allergy-free environment. The air conditioning kept us comfortable throughout our stay, and the no-smoking policy on site was a relief. this place felt like home and exceeded all expectations. It's perfect for both couples and families.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and there was also a couch bed in the room, not to mention the great location close to Tennōji Zoo, which made our visit even better.

The location here is great, just a mile away from the iconic Tsutenkaku Tower, and the apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and twin beds.

The hotel was reasonably priced. Everything was good. The hotel was really close to several stations with a supermarket across the street, making it very convenient. There was also the Kuromon Market and convenience stores nearby. Additionally, there were a variety of restaurants, such as Fukuseiro which was just a 5-minute walk away, offering Chinese cuisine.

We had an amazing stay at E-Stay Namba. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The room was super clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchen with utensils and a spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic, with multiple subway options nearby and a direct line to the airport. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket and 24-hour stores within walking distance. The hotel even provided umbrellas on rainy days and had free Netflix on the TV. It truly felt like a home away from home.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at E-Stay Namba. The hotel provided us with a reasonably spacious apartment equipped with twin beds, which we appreciated. Its central location made it convenient to access the subway station, public transportation, and the city center. Additionally, it was situated near train stations, making our travels around Osaka easy.

The room was spacious and had a great kitchenette with a microwave and IH oven. The fridge with a freezer was also a plus. The location was perfect, just a short 3-minute walk from subway Ebisucho exit 5. We loved the abundance of 24-hour restaurants in the area, and the prices were cheaper compared to other areas. The local ramen shop nearby had delicious food. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, even addressing issues quickly. we felt like we were staying in a fully equipped home away from home.

Felt like family, nothing was too much trouble.
